We know the trick for a perfect May weekend in Masuria! Delicious food, the scent of barbecue, collective conversations, and singing by the fire are just the beginning. For the little ones, there are crazy activities with an animator and bouncy castles, and for the older ones, a concert by Dominika Żukowska and Andrzej Korycki!

All our youngest Guests can expect: a playroom with a two-level monkey grove (ball pool, slide, and other attractions), an outdoor playground for children.

Paid extra

Quadruped friends are welcome in cottages only (fee 70 PLN per day). The hotel's Restaurant and Tavern “Albatros” do not host quadruped friends.

Worth knowing

Hotel stay lasts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM.

If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please be advised that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice for a receipt, the tax identification number (NIP) must be provided before printing it – (Art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals not engaged in business activities.

Canceling a reservation:

Rezerwacja może być bezkosztowo anulowana w terminie do 30 dni przed przyjazdem. W takim przypadku wpłacona przedpłata zostanie zwrócona. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży gościa za 40% wartości rezerwacji. Policy towards children:

Dzieci w wieku do lat 4 nocujące z rodzicami bezpłatnie. Jeżeli dzieci śpią na łóżku lub w łóżeczku dziecięcym, podlegają opłacie według cennika (wymagana rezerwacja z uwagi na ograniczoną liczbę łóżeczek dziecięcych). Maksymalna liczba bezpłatnych dzieci w pełnopłatnym pokoju rodziców-1. Dzieci w wieku 5-12 śpiące na łóżku dostawnym lub na rozkładanej sofie w domku - otrzymują zniżkę za pobyt. Dzieci w wieku od lat 13 są liczone jako pełnopłatne.

Policy towards animals:

Zwierzęta są mile widziane w bungalowach. Opłata wynosi 70 zł za dobę za zwierzę. Zwierzęta nie mogą przebywać w Restauracji hotelu, a w miejscach ogólnodostępnych powinny być na smyczy (psy w kagańcu).Obowiązuje regulamin pobytu ze zwierzętami.
