Alimentation

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant daily from 08:00 to 10:00.

Breakfast and dinner for groups below 15 people using the package can be served in a plated form.

Dinners served or buffet style from 17:00 to 19:00.

Wellness & SPA

The offer includes free unlimited access to the Relaxation Zone (indoor pool, children's wading pool, sauna, jacuzzi).

Reservations for selected treatments at Mazurskie SPA can be made by calling 087 427 28 97, open daily from 09:00 (additional SPA treatments are chargeable according to the offer).

Hotel stay lasts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM.

If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. We kindly inform you that from January 1, 2020, to issue a VAT invoice against a receipt, it is necessary to provide the NIP before it is printed – (Article 106b, paragraph 5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals who do not conduct business activity.

The Hotel adheres to standards for the protection of minors, as mentioned in the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1606). Canceling a reservation:

Policy towards children:

Policy towards animals:

Zwierzęta są mile widziane w bungalowach. Opłata wynosi 70 zł za dobę za zwierzę. Zwierzęta nie mogą przebywać w Restauracji hotelu, a w miejscach ogólnodostępnych powinny być na smyczy (psy w kagańcu).Obowiązuje regulamin pobytu ze zwierzętami.
